- Baking soda
- Corn Starch
- Watercolors (or food coloring)
- 6 containers
- 1 washcloth
- Cold water
- A way to paint (this could be brushes, spray bottles, hands, or whatever you like)
Now you're ready to go! I gave the boys a paint brush and bowl each, and set each paint container on the porch ready to dispense. Here is where the washcloth comes into play. I wet it down really good and brought it out with me so that I could wipe off my fingers every time I mixed the paint to dispense again (because the cornstarch settles).
Did you love this Boredom Buster too? Is there another craft you like to do over the summer? I would love to hear from you!
